Tufting workshop
At Just Art Bos in Leeuwarden, we offer various tufting workshops: a short workshop of approximately 3–4 hours and a long workshop of approximately 6–7 hours. No experience is needed—you'll receive clear instructions, you can practice first, and then you'll get to work on your own design.
Short tufting workshop (± 3–4 hours)
During the short workshop, you'll be introduced to tufting and work with a cut-pile tufting gun at a standard pile height of 12 mm. You'll tuft a rug of approximately 30 × 30 cm: perfect as a first introduction to tufting.
Long tufting workshop (± 6–7 hours)
During the long workshop, you'll work on a larger rug of approximately 50 × 50 cm. In addition to the standard cut-pile tufting gun, you can also choose an 8 mm loop-pile and a 30 mm cut-pile tufting gun, allowing you to create more depth and a 3D effect. This workshop also includes a luxurious lunch served in the afternoon.
